Evaluating The Best MLM Company For Your Success.
Great. You're looking for an opportunity. Whether you join my company or not, whether you work with us or not, I want you to know how critical it is that you pick the right company.
We do a complete training on the 5 Pillars you need for success in your network marketing business. But really and truly, the only pillar you need to worry about when you're looking at a company to start with is Pillar #1. If the company doesn't have Pillar 1, there's no sense worrying if they've got 2, 3, 4, or 5. Because Pillar 1 is company management experience with integrity.
So how do you know a company has integrity? Read the contract. Read their Policies & Procedures. That is YOUR contract with your company. In fact, I'd like you to read ours. Ours is 3 pages, big print. You'll find some P & Ps that are 33 pages, 68 pages, 13 pages. Remember, every word on all those pages is written by the company lawyers. Our company P & P, by the way, is 3 pages long.

Almost nobody thinks about finding out important information about a company before joining. Most people just trust the person giving them the pitch on the company, product and opportunity. And they blindly join with know if the company is set up for success for them. Don't feel bad you are not alone.

How can you figure out if the companies' Management has experience? Do a Google search with the word SCAM or FRAUD! Find out who the owners are and what they've done in the past.
Have they ever had the experience of building their own downline? And, were they successful doing it? Or, are they Corporate Fortune 500 Executives that have had no prior experience building a successful downline in Network Marketing.
How can you figure out if the companies' Management has Integrity? Read their Policies and Procedures Guide (your contract with your company). Is it written in the distributor's highest interest or does it solely protect the interests of the company and the investors?
The TRUTH is: "Network Marketing Companies are nothing without YOU, the distributor".
Look for the words Terminate, Termination, Involuntary Termination, Does it have a yearly renewal clause. Also look for the words Ongoing, Ongoing Sponsoring, Recruiting, or Retail Sales. This means you can never truly retire from this company.

The TRUTH is: "Most people don't understand the numbers in compensation plans more likely it was never explained to them".
Would you ever start a job without knowing how you are going to get paid?
The only way to compare one plan to another is to create a point of reference. This point would be: How much residual monthly income would you want to have in order to quit your day job? I always use $10,000 a month because it is a simple figure to calculate, if you desire $5,000 a month just divide the number by two or multiply it by 2 if you desire $20,000 a month.
The Ten Thousand Dollar Question?
I have seen Network Marketing Compensation Plans where distributors needed 25,000 people to make $10,000 a month ? ? How likely is that to happen ? ?
Well the average in most companies is 2500 to 3500 people in their organization to earn $10K monthly residuals, do not include fast start bonuses or car bonus.
I have also seen Compensation Plans where distributors needed less than 400 people.
The TRUTH is: "Let me ask you? Which one would you choose?"

The biggest problem in Network Marketing is "DUPLICATION". Just because your upline's upline has achieved a substantial level of success doesn't guarantee that their method or system is duplicatable for you and those in your downline.
Is it duplicatable to sign up everybody at a $1,000, $2,000 or $3,000 dollar level, and told that this is the only way to sign up to be successful? Is it duplicatable to recruit people and take them to a meeting when there is no meeting near you or the company headquarters is not in your city or create a meeting from scratch?
Is making a list of Friends and Family a system that is duplicatable for everyone or that you are even comfortable with? After you have approached your friends and family with your opportunity, do they run the other way when they see you, again?
Most people are taught that they need to change their personality or character to be successful in Network Marketing. They think that they have to learn selling and recruiting tactics. This is NOT a system, because 90% of the populations are not good sales people nor do they even like sales people.
