In Network Marketing there are various compensation plans, here are some of them: Binary, Matrix, Stair Step Breakaway, Unilivel, Aussie 2 Ups, 1 Ups and many more...

The TRUTH is: "Most people don't understand the numbers in compensation plans more likely it was never explained to them".

Would you ever start a job without knowing how you are going to get paid?

The only way to compare one plan to another is to create a point of reference. This point would be: How much residual monthly income would you want to have in order to quit your day job? I always use $10,000 a month because it is a simple figure to calculate, if you desire $5,000 a month just divide the number by two or multiply it by 2 if you desire $20,000 a month.

The Ten Thousand Dollar Question?

I have seen Network Marketing Compensation Plans where distributors needed 25,000 people to make $10,000 a month ? ? How likely is that to happen ? ?

Well the average in most companies is 2500 to 3500 people in their organization to earn $10K monthly residuals, do not include fast start bonuses or car bonus.
I have also seen Compensation Plans where distributors needed less than 400 people.
